Excellence as aways. But this time the hotel gave us a most pleasant surprise. As there were no more deluxe rooms (we pre-booked!), they gave us a free upgrade to an even more luxurious Studio Apartment Suite. My choice for stay every time I go Batam!

overall our stay was excellent. Everything was in order except that no hand towels were provided. Maybe the chamber maid was absent minded and forgot to include it with the bath towels. No problem we just called reception to request for the hand towels.

Best Hotel in Batam. Ideally located with a 2 minute walk to Harbour Bay. Big clean rooms with comfy beds. Brekky is good & the dinner menu is ok. Staff are excellent. They can't do enough to help the hotel guests. Excellent value for money!
