"We didn’t stay at the hotel more than two hours. After checking us in they showed us the room - which to our surprise was nothing like the pictures shown for the superior room. We told them that we didn’t want to stay there but the manager didn’t care. One of their employees confirmed that he too would have been disappointed. We have offered to pay for the first night out of the three nights but they didn’t want to do that either. So that was fun"

Short walk to the train station which connects easily to Palma and to more of the interior. Slightly limited in terms of restaurants but enough for a couple of days. "

"Very friendly staff who were extremely kind. The food menus was very limited and on a few occasions there was nothing that I liked. Don’t get duped into their half board rate - there are local restaurants despite them saying that there aren’t (there are two in the village within a three minute walk!). I was very upset that I was convinced to pay 55 euro each for HB upon arrival (after being told there were no restaurants nearby) but when I asked to cancel the HB fee the following day I was told...
