"Wonder place to say. Excellent location & the staff are lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel!"

"Excellent staff, very helpful. Breakfast was superb. Modern and clean. Only drawbacks: Parking is a 3 block walk, and it is very difficult to unload luggage near the hotel entrance. Also, there is no elevator. This makes it very difficult for the elderly tenant, or for those with disabilities."

"It's in a convenient location. The staff is friendly and it's easy to check-in. The breakfast is 5 stars. I would definitely recommend"

"La chambre était propre. Le personnel était très sympa et arrangeant. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux !!! Quartier très sympa et la vue de la chambre est très jolie."

"The most wonderful place I have ever stayed. I can't wait to return."

"Wir wurden außerordentlich herzlich empfangen und hervorragend betreut. Besonders hervorzuheben sind Esther und Denis am Empfang."

"We had an amazing stay at Alcázar. The room was beautiful, breakfast excellent, and the staff was truly professional and accommodating. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!"

"Nice stay in a beautiful setting but expensive for stay overall."

"Excellent stay, staff were very attentive and modern, clean rooms. Facilities were great with relaxing pool / balcony area, pool table and games, a well-stocked bar and terrace. Breakfast was a highlight with huge variety of fresh hot and cold food .5"

"An absolutely stunning hotel in a fabulous location, absolute luxury and cannot fault. Room was pure comfort with a view to die for through the floor length windows and from the balcony. Hotel has a beautiful terrace for enjoying the stunning views. The staff were a joy and couldn’t do enough for you - I cannot recommend this place enough if you want to stay in sheer comfort and enjoy absolute quality accommodation. We had the taster menu in the hotel which was sublime and would recommend as an...

"The first thing I have to say is OMG the air conditioning!! We were there during an insanely hot season and as soon as we walked into the room I was in heaven. We stayed at a few different hotels in other cities and the AC was definitely not up to American standards, as is the case in most of Europe. This place had literally the best air conditioning of any hotel in Europe I have ever stayed. Bravo!!"

"The property has a lot of amenities, bike rental and the breakfast was of good quality and varied. It has a really well-equipped fitness room; there is live music in the restaurant area on Fridays, when I staid the brazilian singer performing was quite awesome. Not far from the shoreline either and in minutes in Palma's old town. Would select it again."
