"Parts of the property was under renovation.
As a five-star hotel that host international travelers, I’d expect the hotel to be better maintained.
The staff were very friendly and helpful."

Really cute and “real” hotel with history and lovely service, even in English.
Also quite central location in QD for lovely walks and pretty much everything..
Uphill and maybe without elevator (check), if you have walking problems

We really enjoyed our one night stay at this delightful hotel. Service was excellent. Because the hotel was very crowded, our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so we were given drink coupons and sent to the bar. Everything was very clean. Our room had all the amenities, especially charging locations at each bedside and the desk. The pool was fantastic. It was 25 m long and very wide. The gym was very basic. I thought the morning breakfast was exceptionally good. The location was great for...

It is extremely pleased experience. The reception and staff cannot be more friendly and helpful. Best in class breakfast buffet. Smart toilet seat is a surprise and a plus.

The room is super clean, the staff is incredible unconditional, helpful, they’re really worry about how you feel. We had an issue of food poison in a restaurant outside the hotel and they help us with their staff to go to the hospital and get better. Thank you for making us feel at home far away from home.

This hotel is one of a larger number of hotels located in a fairly remote area. Surprisingly this was one of the few hotels in the area available on Travelocity. I picked this hotel for its proximity to the train station though there are no restaurants or shops nearby so I would not recommend it for a longer stay. I stayed one night. The room was great and checkin was easy though it took almost a week and several followups to get a refund of the deposit that was requested during checkin. You can...
