"They had no record of our Hotels.com reservation and it took a long time before we convinced them to allow us to check in. There is an obvious problem of communication between Hotels.com and this hotel which needs to be rectified. After the check in debacle, the service was good, except we were forced to pay cask at the hotel restaurant because the waiter paid cash to the chef who apparently is not employed by the hotel. Too strange for words. Not four star or even three star procedures...

This hotel is one that I would recommend to others based upon its cleanliness and its location in a safe part of the city as well as close to restaurant options. I was able to walk from the bus drop off to the hotel in about seven minutes. I would recommend this hotel to other people without any hesitation.

There’s some construction happening on the ground floor that worried us at first; however, once we located reception and checked into our rooms we found them to be clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff was very helpful and they let us park our van and store our luggage at the hotel while we are away on the Theth-Valbone 3-day trek.

This hotel is a family operated. They are very helpful, nice, friendly and accommodating…. When I checked in, I didn’t have the right euro change for local tax, no problem …I asked for late check out and they were very accommodating. Also, the price was really incredible and it’s right next to the old city attractions. I highly recommend it!
