The rooms were clean, spacious and conveniently located in the center of the historic Palermo center. You can wake up in the morning and have direct access to Capo Market, and a short walk to Teatro Massimo. We were staying at the Hotel in the Family room and unfortunately the room we were given had lots of stairs. This was an issue for us as our 82 year old Nonna had knee issues. Had a wonderful time! Breakfast quality was top-notch, room was spacious and clean, and the pool area was first-class. We’ll definitely be back!! Our only disappointment was that no dinner options were available on-site.

The room is on a street that cars are not permitted to park which helped make for a very peaceful nights sleep. It was a beautiful room with a balcony, and being able to open the door for sun and fresh air was s plus. This hotel is situated over other properties which gives every room a water view overlooking the beautiful Marina. There are many restaurants to chose from. Patrizia was extremely helpful at the front desk. I highly recommend this property.

We just left Palermo and stayed at Palazzo Ventimiglia for 3 nights. Gianluca was an excellent host, going out of his way to help us. Honestly, in all my travels, I have never stayed at a place with better service. It is located on the Main Street in Palermo, one block from Quattro Canti. We walked to all the major landmarks. We had a quick overnight stay but staff VERY helpful, exceptional accommodations and easy walk to fantastic dining and shopping. Staff arranged taxis for us and even had breakfast out at 4a.m. prior to our crazy early departure. Would definitely book again.

The property is gorgeous and the building is very well maintained. The seaview to the harbor and ocean is serene. There is no noise from the marina or harbor. Staff was very attentive. The rooms were not missing anything. They were generously outfitted with robes, pool sandals, pool bag etc. we had a very memorable stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This horribly amazing resort will ruin every other hotel or the rest of you life. Nothing will match up. This great disaster of a hotel has sicking views, disgustingly polite staff, food that you won’t stop eating and an overall aura of euphoria that will leave you in shaking withdrawals upon checkout. My relationship will surely suffer and end soon... my girlfriend will expect this sort of treatment on all vacations moving forward, I could never duplicate. We also cried pool...

Loved my stay- this was a bit of a spontaneous stop between calabria and Catania - I’m so glad I did. The room was very comfortable, the staff were very helpful, and the location could not be better. I would definitely book this bb again.

This place was insane! Top notch customer service, location, views, and all amenities. I would highly encourage anyone to stay here as the views from the patio are absolutely beautiful. The entire apartment was very clean brand new with everything that you possibly would need. This is the best location ever with prestigious shopping at your fingertips as well as any restaurant you desire. We will definitely coming back to stay and much longer! This hotel is in the best location, room is very quiet. Room and bathroom are big. The breakfast is great. People working in hotel are super nice. Will definitely stay there again next time in Catania
