"Be aware of this listing and property! it is not accurate at all. We booked a room and got a totally one, not to mention it wasn’t even the same location ! Listing pictures look like AI versus reality! Secondly there is spiders inside crawling which we had to kill ( big spiders ). Also waken up by construction on the property that started at 7am . Unacceptable! Beware."

"Cute room with fantastic daily cleaning by lovely lady. Great view, just as advertised. Quick access to lakefront restaurants or tuktuk ride up to Santa Cruz. Like everything around Lake Atitlan, the climb is up or down…not a problem for us, but could be with heavy suitcases."

"Very cozy place! It was very cute and we loved the back porch. Very communicative hosts. Clean. Great location. 5 min walk to dock, grocery store, and restaurants. However because it’s so central in town, it can be noisy at night. Loud cars/bikes and sirens. The biggest short fallings of this place are that it takes at LEAST 10 min for the shower to warm up and that there is no central air conditioning. The hosts have a fan set up in the bedroom upstairs, but that’s it. This made sleeping...

"Na verblijf was één grote tegenvaller. Het lijkt op de website alsof je in het Pink House verblijft, met gebruik van de keuken, maar dat was niet het geval. Eerst moesten we een half uur wachten omdat de eigenaar de boeking niet had gezien. We kregen daarna een zeer eenvoudige en niet erg schone kamer met alleen een tafel en een koelkast. We konden ons gekochte eten dus niet koken. Toen we gingen douchen sloegen de stoppen door. Dat bleek een bekend probleem. De eigenaar beloofde na veel boze...

"The property is excellent. The host Laura and the manager Levin went above and beyond to help us. We really appreciate their flexibility and help in our late arrival and check out as well. The only thing I would say is that the hike up to the house from the church is a challenge. They have clearly stated that but what I was not ready for was the unclean and unhygienic conditions of the path to the house - there is sewage and trash everywhere - if you can ignore that it was all great."
