"The hotel is very good, but the wifi is terrible. There is a gap between the hotel quality and the Wifi."

"👌"

"Everything was good considering I checked in at 10pm. The pool could’ve been warmer but it was comfortable, the breakfast layout was very misleading. More should’ve been included in the stay since we shared everything with over 200 guests for a Mary Kay event that was going on. In most settings buffet style breakfast is set up for free available, buy my guests and I paid over $100 for a basic continental breakfast among 4 of us. The staff looked stressed with having to accommodate so many...

"Friendly staff, loved the room and it was so quiet! The room looked out over a wooded area instead of a parking lot. One suggestion, time for a pillow upgrade..."

"We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel right at home throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. It was like a small apartment. FREE breakfast and much more than a continental breakfast. The service was outstanding, and it was clear that the staff truly cared about making...

"The property itself was very clean indoors and outdoors. The amenities were very comfortable and adequate. The staff in particularly one staff member at the Front Desk was outstanding. She was excellent. I don’t recall her name, but she was very helpful in every effort that was made to get myself situated and comfortable in that hotel. I would really recommend this Sonesta Simplysuite location it’s worth the money"

"It was very clean. And the area was quiet. Great nights sleep."

"Room was quiet and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"Well we got a suite and the couch was frayed like crazy, looked like a herd of cats lived there. The furniture was all scratched up, the ice machine didnt exist on our floor even though there was a sign for it. No shower liner, the hot water took forever to heat up, the tub stopper was broken and we called guest services for ice and after an hour of waiting my husband went downstairs and was given ice in a plastic bag with a cardboard bottom."

"This place is really good. Staff is amazing every time I go there is a guy the same front. He is so helpful. He is amazing all on his own he make everything feel much better. Their first day my son said it was very cringe but now he is perfectly fine with it. Sometime things be the outside not the inside. The inside is very clean. People are very nice. Very clean in your room."

"It’s cool"
