Rude Staff and Unprofessional Manager

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The staff was rude and unprofessional. In particular, the manager—a Hispanic woman—seemed visibly upset and was overheard speaking angrily, even cursing, apparently directed at customers. It felt like she was taking out personal frustration on guests, which made the environment very uncomfortable. I don’t believe someone in that state of mind should be managing a customer-facing role. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.

The pool was not heated it was very cold because they had to replace the heaters and it was going to take minimum 6 hrs to heat the pool. Unfortunately we missed out and that’s why we specifically booked this hotel. Hands down this hotel is very high class and clean and offer a lot

Clean & good location to get where you need

First room we were given had a strong smell of mold, we immediately asked for a new room & it was a much better situation. Noticed the first room was on a low level Felipe which seemed like a downgrade. Coffee maker broken in room, took 3 people to come to the room to get it replaced but once that was done we were good

The property was well kept, friendly staff and clean. I do have a major complaint that is the maintenance of the jacuzzi. I have been suffering a very bad rash all over my body. Diagnosed with PSEUDOMONAS AERUGINOSA. which is commonly known as hottub folliculitis. Three doctors later, antibiotics oral medicine and topical cream,2weeks later I am slowly getting better. Where are the cleaning and maintenance records? How often are they disinfected? Chlorine DOES NOT kill this bacteria.

I checked in and the room I got was basically falling apart. The moment I entered room to use bathroom, toilet got clogged, while partner was showering. Shower was also clogged. Maintainance came to unclog toilet and said shower should be fine. Next day, shower still clogged, instead of switching our rooms, we waited while maintenance came to put harsh chemicals while we were in room. Electric outlet came entirely out of socket when I charged to charge my phone. Had to ask to switch rooms when that should have been done originally. Terrible experience and booked for two nights, regret it.

It wasn’t a good stay I paid for a king size bed and they gave me two queen size bed for my husband and I to sleep on the room they put us in they had a party the next door and was extremely loud and we weren’t put in a different room until 3:30am in the morning. When we were about to take a shower in the morning the glass shower broke due tithe water pressure and heat that was hitting the glass they were trying to accuse us of hitting the glass when we didn’t take a shower yet we only had the water running! I didn’t have a good experience the lady at the front desk had a lot of attitude and wasn’t willing to help us with another room right away she told us that was the only room she had we had to stay there with Al the noise that was going on in the next room
