"I stayed one night to go into Manhattan. The staff was excellent. I was allowed to check in early so I could catch my train. The room was clean, fresh, and well-maintained. I had wished breakfast was included, but that was no big deal for me. Be aware, they will charge an extra $50 for incidentals, but that will be taken off the credit card afterwards. It was mistakenly left on mine, but corrected immediately once I contacted them."

"First time in a Sonesta Suites. Very impressed. Studio kitchen was better equipped than the Hilton timeshare suites in Manhattan! I would suggest a beverage selection and expanded offerings at "the Store." Perhaps they were available and I didn't see them. "Guide" function on the TV remote needs reprogramming. Some channels are mislabeled. Unpleasant odor of tobacco or marijuana in foyer/entry, altho no odor in the rest of the property."
