"The first thing I did after checking into the hotel was take my bags upstairs, walk out and lock myself out of my room, like haven't even been here 5 minutes yet. Immediately went down to the front desk and admitted what I had done and the attendant was so kind and understanding and immediately came upstairs to help me back in. She could have had a terrible attitude but she made casual conversation and never made me feel dumb for making a mistake. I highly recommend staying here. I had zero complaints and enjoyed every minute! Beautiful building and incredible staff! "
