"Comfortable and good location. Apparently the hotel has parking but couldn’t find it. Used the multi story 5 mins away and got discounted parking. Decent staff."

"Location amazing. Lovely staff all round. Room spacious and spotless. Bed to die for, could have stayed for a week."

"Very clean"

"Absolutely brilliant hotel and great location"

"Anither great stay with very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean and tidy with a great tea tray, jammie dodgers all the way! Bed was comfy with plenty of pillows and cushions, great view of the park. Breakfast buffet was really good quality and lots of choice. Iverall a fantastic stay was had :)"

"Great location. Good breakfast"

"The old Best Western sign is still up so it was a bit confusing at first as the "Sheffield Metropolitan Hotel" sign is on the door. One of the lifts broke down while I was there and the restaurant also shut down the same day/day after. The water in the shower was not very warm, so I had some slightly chilly baths but the towel warmer worked well enough to compensate for that. Otherwise it was clean and conveniently located close to the city center and the train station."

"Cheap and cheerful, the room did exactly what we needed - providing a warm, comfortable place to sleep."

"Fantastic Branch of the Hilton Family. One of their best."

"Not far from motorway, next to arena"

"A clean and comfortable room at a good price, with an excellent, powerful shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free. Unfortunately, the TV had a very limited channel selection, meaning I was left having to watch mainstream media, with BBC News being the only available news channel. The television would benefit from being retuned, as several channels were missing, including GB News. Overall, a pleasant stay offering good value for money."
