"Staff very good and helpful"

"Excellent staff service, nice and very helpful. Extremely good value for money; large, comfortable, beautiful, and good amenities. Very great location as well"

"The staff were helpful and friendly. I had booked a deluxe room with I believe a Queen Ann double bed. The room we were given had three single beds. The hotels definition of deluxe is nothing like my mine as it certainly wasn't deluxe. We had to complain to the reception as our room was directly above the pub which is part of the hotel, which played loud thumping music through the day until the early hours of night. We was not offered an alternative room."

"Friendly Staff. Room was not very clean. Very poor quality of breakfast."

"Room is very clean and its condition is good. Staff members are so kind and friendly. Great location. Good value for money. Environment is beautiful and neighbor is quiet. Wonderful stay in a nice city."

"An absolutely amazing place to stay - thoroughly recommend. Location is great - close to lots of really good restaurants. The first floor apartment has a Juliet balcony overlooking the harbour. The open plan living area has a comfortable sofa, table and chairs and a kitchen with all necessary equipment including a fridge, hob and microwave with grill (also kettle, coffee maker and toaster). Wardrobe space is good and the bathroom has a very good shower. There is also a small walled garden with...

"The hotel was exactly what I wanted and wish I had more time to stay there longer, more than one night. When I say exactly what I wanted, I mean a house or room of character, an authentic building or "classic" if you will and I loved it. Also, the property manager Cherise was extremely helpful, my wife and I visit Malta a lot and will certainly be back to this property again."

"had a fantastic stay at this self-catering apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, while the living area was cosy and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, The breakfast was excellent and well stocked The location was...

"Overall the property (amenities) were outstanding, communication w/ host and recommended concierge service however, was poor at best especially at price point. When we eventually received contact info re: group transportation to various sites around the island, Brenda was outstanding, quick to respond and usually available even w/ short notice (and priced very reasonably)."

"Very big and clean apartment with comfy beds and plenty of space. Alfred is a very good communicator and helpful. Parking is on street not on property and can be a bit challenging on some days. There is a good choice of bars and restaurants within a short walk and pretty bay is just beautiful. Highly recommend Alfred's apartment if your planning a holiday in Malta."
