"Excellent location, quick and easy check-in and check-out, great rooftop bar, enjoyed it very much. Thank you!"

"Really enjoyed our stay here. The food was fantastic, the room was great, and the staff was super accommodating. We ended up making two reservations on back to back night for two different room types, and they let us keep the bags in the room and moved them over for us to the new room so we didn’t need to. Would definitely stay here again!!"

"Clean, comfortable, convenient stay for a good price. Great central location. Zero noise from street despite road work at the time."

"Room was clean and tidy first room was a little cold but staff were on it and moved us rooms to a warm room cant recommend them enough cheap and well organised and on the ball breakfast could have some cheaper options but some llaces down the road you could grab stuff from"

"Very clean (rooms, reception area, hallways and elevators). Friendly stuff, rooms are well designed, everything what you can expect from hotel. Always hot water, can adjust desired temp in room. Sayed 2nd time and I am happy will stay again and be my primary choice,"

"Lovely rooms, extremely helpful staff. Comfy beds and pillows. Would stay here again when in Glasgow."

"The staff did their best but the bar and restaurant were too small for the size of the hotel Request not to be in room 501. We were expecting a clean comfortable room, along with good food on offer. Well that is a minimum for a 4 star hotel one would think is a given. What we got was a room with a blocked drain in the shower, a carpet and chair heavily stained and blue tak marks on the walls. As for the ac - it took 30 minutes to start to work."

"Cool concept of a hotel! The beds were very comfortable! The room was neat! Loved the glow lights! Great location!"

"The whole first floor where we stayed smelled like mildew and cigarette smoke. There were broken showers, and the showers that weren’t broken had intermittent hot water… you didn’t know if you would have hot water for your shower, and if you did, it would sometimes run out part way through and leave you finishing cold. The bathrooms also regularly had no toilet paper."
