Everyone was nice, friendly, and courteous.

The hotel is very nice and well located in the El Frances beach but not too far away from Tolu. Everything was impecable and the food was great. Sandy, Yulieth and Paula went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience ever. Kudos to all of them! I will always keep them in my heart.

Highly recommend to any couple. The resort is a great mix - daytrippers come in by boat in the AM, party until 3 pm; VIP party private boats party until 4:30; after, the resort is very peaceful and romantic. Gorgeous spot on a private beach in Baru, highly recommend for a romantic and quiet getaway. Super attentive staff, beautiful rooms, and the grounds were also lovely. We had the entire place to ourselves for a night!

The staff was so kind and happy to help! Every meal we had was great and the drinks were well made. It was very quiet, secluded, and relaxing.

2 nights-3 days. We missed staying another night. Great for a retreat escapade. Food was delicious. Our bungalow very well equipped with good amenities, private pool, sea view (beautiful sunsets). We enjoyed viewing Saturn, Jupiter and the moon through the telescope at the club house in addition to the bioluminiscent night experience in Cholon.

Just a short ride away from Cartagena, this hotel is in a premium location in Barú. The hotel staff was excellent and food was great. The facilities are superb. A great place to visit and relax.

We stayed in a corner Grand Suite! It was spacious, beautiful, equipped like an apartment, had 2 bathrooms and most of all it had the most amazing views, EVEN FROM THE BATHROOM!!! The property was beautiful and clean. We loved the pool bar and enjoyed sitting poolside listen to the DJ, eating the delicious wings and sipping on a cocktail! Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Their customer service was excellent and the breakfast buffet, wonderful! We were served by Clara several times and she was amazing! I have already recommended it to my friends, and we’ll definitely go back again.

Great seafood menu

Wonderful overall experience. Sound proof rooms are a plus. Beautiful view of the ocean from my room. Beach front property and nice pools with hot tubs was great. Breakfast buffet offered various food options. Special thanks to Meredith from housekeeping and Luis who served us during breakfast.

Wendy is a gem and was very helpful. We were the only ones at the resort and had a peaceful time.

We arrived at the hotel and it was pouring; yet two bell boys quickly ran over with umbrellas to help with our luggage. The front desk gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. We were even given a welcome fruit juice while we waited to be checked in. Delicious!
