"The location of Hotel Palacio couldn't be better. It is in the heritage district and easily accessible to food, transportation, and attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and affordable. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous, especially Rochelle. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to be helpful. Rochelle truly knows hospitality (!!), but the entire staff was amazing. This is definitely THE place to stay in downtown Paramaribo."

"The property was booked out so we had to resort to parking on the road one night which wasn't bad, but also wasn't preferred. Reception/front desk staff were friendly and helped sort out problems in an amicable way. Would recommend "

"Exceptional customer service is what stands out. Front desk staff were friendly and went above and beyond. I arrived after 10 pm with no dinner and the front desk lady went in back and made me a sandwich without me requesting. And for my 2:30 am (!) departure someone was there to give me a breakfast box for the road. Good location, walkable to town centre. Fully recommended. "
