A truly amazing resort and spa. The villas are spacious, peaceful, and beautifully designed. The staff were all extremely skilled, helpful, and friendly. The amenities abounded, and the spa offered many services. We had a lovely paella at the Mediterranean restaurant on site. Having pools and the sea accessible was also wonderful.

My daughter and I had a luscious three days at the Fairmont Tazi Palace. The staff were incredibly kind and gentile and the service was extraordinary. We particularly enjoyed the spa, the breakfast, and the pottery classes. But all of the little details like flowers and cookies in the room, the kind gestures, made the whole experience memorable. This was a great way to end a 10 day excursion in Morocco before heading home.

Beautiful location and outstanding service

We had a wonderful stay!. The property was very clean and comfortable. We were two couples traveling together and stayed one night in a suite. The blue color guest house very nice with nice Terrace. Room was small and parking a bit distant, but the riad was pretty, staff was nice, and you're right downtown (by the royal palace).

The hotel is very clean and nice however there were construction activities in the hotel in which they should reduce their prices accordingly the construction start very early in the morning and blocks the beach access, the kids club is nice but there is no activities so you must stay with the kids!! The location of the hotel is nice quite, value for money is medium comparing to other countries I visited. However in Morocco it is little on the high end.

Nice, accommodating and helpful staff. Simple rooms but has everything you need. Walking distance to hammams, spa, patisserie, small shops for water, soda and snacks and about 2 blocks from local sandwich stores costs about $2 for a sandwich with fries. Very safe area right by the highway. They have uber and inDrive local app cheaper version of uber (cash only for drivers). Near the grand socco bazaars. This apartment was very nice and it was well maintain. It’s incredible value. You have your own bathroom. The host, Mohammad, is very kind. He will go out of his way to accommodate you. This deserves a 6 out of 5 stars because of how amazing Mohammad is. :)

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which truly made my stay enjoyable. We went to celebrate my 50th birthday and the hotel helped decorate the room. My husband ordered flowers and cake. They did a great job and charged a low price. Very happy with our stay. The pool and beach were great.
