"I initially chose this hotel for my last few days in Copenhagen because it's located a stone's throw from the airport. Although a train station (Tarnby) is right next to the hotel, the location isn't the most convenient for visiting Copenhagen and its main attractions. That's the only drawback. On the other hand, it's well-located for tourists who want to visit Helsingør or go to Malmö in Sweden."

"Resort prices hostel services. More a fancy hostel than a hotel. 2 single beds whose mattresses would be more at home in a camper. Usb chargers didn't work. Self check in was broken and the front desk clerk was also the bartender. If you really really need to stay at the airport and train station ok but otherwise take a 5 minute taxi, save 100 and get a nice room."

"Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber. Zu wenig Geschirr, für 4 Personen geht es, aber mit 8 Personen undenkbar. Der Flughafen nebenan hat wenig gestört obwohl er direkt an der Unterkunft ist. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem, alle Möbel ziemlich verschlissen und der Staubsauger ist ein Wittz. Kleiner Akkusauger, der Max 10 Minuten saugt. Da stimmt mal das Preis Leistungsverhätnus nicht."

"The front desk staff was very helpful upon arrival. The room we were given smelled like smoke and they were able to move us to a different room. After that though we had mixed experiences with staff. The woman working the cafe on the first floor was surly and then we called the front desk asking for help and didn't get anyone to come up for over an hour. We went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and it was alright. Overall, just an okay experience."

The blanket was also very small and did not properly fit the size of the bed. In addition, there was no fridge in the room and not even basic amenities like a small toothpaste were provided. "Wir würden nicht wieder kommen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, das Frühstück eher einfalls- und lieblos. Die Lage war ok. Ca. 12-15 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Es hatte eher den Charakter einer besseren Jugendherberge"

"We had the smallest room, which was fine for our short stay. Other people have noted the size of the rooms, so be aware! Our bathroom shower drain was unfortunately clogged, and the shower door didn’t close properly, so the water would pond in the other areas of the bathroom. The location is very convenient and quiet."

"We enjoyed our stay at Cabinn City for a few days before our cruise out of Copenhagen. It is a short walk from the train/metro station and Food Court, and also a reasonable walk into center city near most attractions. Breakfast was very good plus you can also make coffee and tea in your room.
