"Lovely spacious room"

"Nice plqc3"

"It was a wonderful, yet too brief, one night stay. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our meal in the informal dining/pub options was nourishing and delicious. The room was clean, large, and bright. We were able to get a room facing back garden and with views. A big pot of tea and a freshly pressed coffee were very nice at breakfast. Local walks on the moor, and to the quarry & rocks and were fab."

"Perfectly situated in centre of Exeter. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My friends and I would definately stay here again."

"The room was lovely and the offer of a free drink in the bar in exchange for no housekeeping is clever. Such a good idea. Unfortunately the wedding in the hotel on Saturday night dominated all the communal areas of the hotel which meant that we couldn’t have the nightcap in the bar we were hoping for, as well as there being the thumping of the music from the wedding in our room until well after 11pm. "Excellent stay.View of the sea.Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast Very dog friendly with the staff making fuss of Ronnie our dog. Would definitely recommend and would love to stop again."

"Spacious with a substantial bar and dining room, centrally located, opposite Exeter Central station with train, bus and taxi connections to Exeter St David's."

"The staff so helpful"

"Janet and Martin were the absolute best hosts! From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, they were so attentive, helpful, and a true pleasure to be around. This was really one of the greatest vacation stays of my entire life, and that's due to the dedication of Janet and Martin as well as the cozy, warm atmosphere they've created at their inn. Janet made the most delicious breakfasts and always made sure the guests had what they needed. When I arrived it was late and I wasn't able to find...

"Lovely hotel by the sea We stayed at the Langstone Cliff hotel before a concert at Powderham castle. We arrived early afternoon and decided to have lunch on the terrace overlooking the sea. Lunch was lovely and the drinks were cold. Having parasol’s kept us cool on a very hot day. Our room was lovely, quite small but had everything we needed and the air con was an added bonus. The travel to Powderham was easy and relatively quick with only a short walk to the station and then about a 15 minute...
