Great customer service. Love this hotel.

From the outside, looks like a gas station. Inside it’s awesome. Car memorabilia everywhere and so much fun. Rooms were super clean and easy to use. The staff was super attentive we got there late at night and the gentleman attending to the desk was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He helped us get to the parking garage right next door and walked us to the rooms above to make sure it was all ok. Breakfast was also terrific and the ladies in the morning treated us like family. We loved this hotel. The staff was amazingly nice and cordial. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance. Close to many attractions and the convenience of the restaurant was top tier.

great place to stay near salamanca

Very nice employees. Good breakfast and parking. Modern hotel

Fine place. Welcoming and helpful cheery staff. Good clean and warm facility, lovely bed. Only minor issue is the thin walls as could hear next door bathroom facilities . Otherwise, I will use again. Thanks

Elegant hotel in safe location with easy, free parking (rare). Workout room. Plenty of towels in the room. King beds are twins pushed together and a bit stiff. Staff speaks English. The bar has fabulous night views of the city. Probably best if you have a car, as city is a good 20 minute walk.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpfull

Difficult to find, staff we’re good, rooms close we’re very noisy till late at night. Which was a shame, wouldn’t stay again because of this.

Wow! This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in. I booked it on the last minute and I'm super glad I did. The location couldn't be better, is right in the most historic area of town, while at the same time preserving a private and quiet feeling. Moreover all the staff is AMAZIG, from the moment that you arrive they greet you kindly, they offer you their help and guide you to the city. Miguel Angel in particular was super kind and made the check-in experience a delight. I paid a minimal...

Great stay, nice hotel. Good breakfast. Out of town but 10 minutes by car from the center of the action in Salamanca. Would stay there again for sure.

Great overnighter heading through Salamanca. Easy walk to the old city through a beautiful park across the old Roman bridge. Safe, quiet neighborhood.

Hotel receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Location of this hotel was superb. If you have car, you might need to find out location of the car parking before you check in.
