"Room was okay for someone passing through town for the night. A clean bed to sleep in and plenty of hot water. TV had fire stick to watch shows. Decor outdated, front desk was very friendly and accommodating for late check in."

"Perfect family get away in Appalachin. The property was extremely clean and included anything you could possibly need from wash washer/dryer, and extra pillows. We didn't cook much, but truly appreciated the many brand new appliances (crockpot, air fryer, coffee maker, blender, and microwave). The outdoor seating on the patio is an ideal space to relax with coffee. Nash is a wonderful, responsive host who has thought of everything guests need to feel at home, from lighting that automatically...
