"The property was clean and as the pictures make it appear. I had asked ahead of time if there would be laundry detergent in the house since we were in the middle of a 16 day trip. I was told there would be and unfortunately when we got there, there was no detergent. There were many form emails sent reminding us of the rules of not using our allotted towels and bedding, along with notes left not to use the extra items. One afternoon the electronic lock was malfunctioning and we were locked...

"Stämde inte med beskrivningen! Det fattades bland annat två solsängar som skulle finnas. Gasolgrill rostig och trasig. Klotgrillen (Weber) smutsig, ej rengjort galler med mera. Tomten utanför stökig, gammalt byggmaterial kvar vid husets ena gavel och fullt av ogräs ute på tomten mellan stenplattor. Tomt 1000kvm ej barnvänlig utan tomten sluttar farligt ner mot bergsskrevor utan staket. Inomhus så var poolrummets fönster smutsiga, samt glasbord smutsig och dammig. Ej diskad kaffepanna, ej diskade...
