"Breakfast was excellent for a continental breakfast. Surrounding area was beautiful. Room was comfortable. Bathroom was clean. History of the area is beyond fantastic. Where they lack is in sharing where to go to experience the incredible American history that the area affords - there should be material at the front and in every room sharing the history of the area and the incredible state and federal museums to explore! Do your research... Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity!! "

"The home was clean, which is the most important thing to me. All the bedrooms are upstairs and it's a pretty steep staircase, so if you have people who are mobility challenged they would be better off sleeping on the couch. There are one and a half bathrooms downstairs, so that is good. There were more than enough beds for our party. The only thing I found lacking were hooks to hang the towels. There are no hooks or towel bars. Plenty of towels though!"

"Our stay was wonderful. The host really thought of everything when it came to the stay. It really felt like home during our stay because of the thoughful touches and cleanliness. The location was also fantastic, it had majestic and calming views of the river, walking path about a mile away, and close to both Newburgh and Kingston. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. Comfortable, clean, relaxing stay. "

"Fully equipped kitchen which great especially when you have picky eaters and need to heat up food. Laundry room which was great having 4 kids. Tons of space "

"The house was lovely and fulfilled our needs for a family celebration and get together. The time of year was not the best to enjoy the area or the outside of the property but it was the only time we were available to come together from all over the country. The kitchen in particular was our favorite room since we cooked and shared family meals that we have not been able to do for a long time. We found everything we needed to eat together, play games and watch movies. Just what we needed."
