"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing. If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...

"O hotel é excelente."

"Hotel molto bello. Perfetto per i bambini. Piscine bellissime e baby club ottimo. Spa con stanze un po’ troppo piccole. Cibo ottimo e con molta scelta. Unica pecca un po’ troppe formiche sul balcone ma penso sia dato dalla stagione. Nel totale sicuramente un bellissimo posto perfetto per famiglie."

"الموقع جميل جدا يعيبه وجود البط ولا يعطيك حرية تناول الطعام على الطاولة الخارجية المطبخ صغير واداوته قليلة التعامل راقي"

"Pictures do no justice to this magnificent property"

"Excellent resort. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was amazing. Would highly recommend"

"We can’t sing enough praises for the how friendly welcoming and helpful the staff is at this hotel, and the overall design and layout of the property was great, I was worried about parking and it was excellent. The location for taking a quick bus just outside of hotel was super convenient to get to Seceda . The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and the staff were great. Best hotel of our trip."

My massage was very underwhelming, but the facial was amazing. Breakfast buffet was great, dinner menu was not our taste but they gave good recommendations for nearby restaurants. We did one of the hotel e-bike tours (supposed to be 5 hrs with a stop for lunch) but my husband’s chain broke within an...

"Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were quite friendly… The hotel is lovely in the most beautiful Alpine setting."

"Staff are very helpful and friendly, very beautiful location, great foods. Outdoor Pool is beautiful and nice"

"Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, Alles war hervorragend ab der Ankunft, bis zu dem Mahlzeiten, das Zimmer, die Reinigung und der Wellnessbereich, der zwar nur drei Saunen hat, aber trotzdem sehr angenehm ist"

"Excelent breakfast and really clean rooms. If you come by car parking is not assured. We got parking the second day of our stay."

"This is a very well appointed hotel right on the edge of Lake Garda, set in the heart of Torbole. It is a great base to explore the area from, there is a bus stop almost outside the hotel and the ferry stops a couple of minutes walk down the road. It is very comfortable, the staff are lovely and it has excellent facilities. Breakfast over looking the lake is a real treat. I would recommend eating there for an evening meal at least once. The food is exquisite. Overall we loved our time there and...
