"Tout était parfait. Excellente localisation, piscine sur le toit formidable"

"Old, unique hotel with a lot of stairs and a small, slow elevator. Our room was huge, but the laminate floor near the bathroom gave when we waled on it, felt like we might fall through. Location is great, between Santa Maria and the Duomo. Very easy to navigate from."

"Staff is too young and untrained in hospitality to provide a solid experience, felt like student workers with little supervisors there to actually help them. Advertises with free laundry but you can only run one tiny machine at a time and one of them left my laundry smelling worse making me have to double-wash it. All of it gets run through their own app you have to create an account for, just to use a washing machine during your two-night stay. BAD USE OF HIGH TECH. Room was spacious and clean...

"Ottima struttura di fronte al mare con accesso immediato e spiaggia privata Personale molto gentile La spa e spettacolare con benefici sull corpo grazie al Aqua salata calda alla temperatura giusta Unica pecca che ho trovato la camera Sapeva da vecchio ci sarebbe da spendere anche qualche euro per rinnovare piccole cose anche tipo il porta bicchieri"

"The facilities and property was relatively new and it was decently located."

"Great location and staff. Very helpful with making restaurant reservations that are hard to get. Maid staff were excellent also. We will stay here again when we visit Florence."

"Daría una calificación excelente pero esta terrible su servicio de lavandería, deja un aroma horrible en la ropa y colocan anuncios de no colocar jabón propio, si se hospedan ahi no laven su ropa en su lavandería, fuera de eso, esta excelente, habitación super cómoda, ubicación buena, personal super amable y atento."

"It was a really nice experience staying at Hu Firenze. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the city and the main tourist areas, while a bus stop right across the street made it easy to get to the city centre. We also got to enjoy a bit of the Tuscan countryside experience. The only issue was that there is another Hu campsite called Hu Certosa, so you need to be careful not to book the wrong one, especially when travelling in a group and everyone is booking separately. This happened to us,...

"The property is clean and the staff are very helpful. Everything is walkable from the hotel including major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The train station is a five minute walk. We love it!"

"فندق جميل وغرفه واسعه ووالموظفين لطيفين وخدومين يستحق الزياره مره اخرى. "

"Space was small and the air con is central. We did not have control of the air con and had to call the reception each time we needed to alter the temperature."

"Charming estate feeling. Staff treated us like royalty"

"The hotel is in a great location. Beautiful and stunning decor. Great staff. Clean rooms and attention to detail."

"What a nightmare. This is a hotel that does not want Expedia bookings and the impact of that can be seen in the rooms and service they provide to those who have used Expedia. Expensive hotel, dark rooms, splashes of something (??) on the wall, dangerous showers, lack of staff attentiveness (except the front desk team), poor communication from management after sharing our experience directly (it took four days to get a response to our email), etc. Florence is expensive, spend your money...
