No elevator The driveway where you check in was made for very small cars Parking near the main entrance was tough. There is really only one beach that you can use. The staff is great and do the best they can. Room ceiling fan made a clunk clunk noise. The room toilet was very small. The one beach was great."

"The room I stayed in was so tiny. I have never stayed in such a small hotel room before. There was no dresser and hardly any space to spread your things out. There was no way to block the light coming through the windows, even with the window coverings. It was noisy because the side gate was heavy and slammed when it closed, in addition to hearing everything else going on in the hotel. The staff was nice enough."

"Everything here was excellent, including the staff, the facilities, the room, the view from the room, the food in the restaurants, the pool, the available water toys (kayak, hobbies, ) and the very attention to details that convey that sense of luxury (ie the shampoo, the towel, the soap, the amazing bedding, etc). They are trying to keep the sargassum away with a barrier and partially succeeding at keeping it under control. The beach is relatively small and facing east."
