Stayed here whilst I was on my way back from Kanpur during May of this year, when the temperature in Lucknow was around 46 Celsius. The hotel is in a fairly new area (Gomti Nagar), and is abit away from the hustle and traffic in Lucknow. Location and pricing

The hotel was fabulous. Very clean, comfortable rooms, very courteous staff, sumptuous buffet. Superb experience. We went to Agra first and then to Delhi where we stayed in Hyatt Regency and were disappointed and really missed the Agra Radisson facilities. The buffet had fantastic variety and the food was very tasty. We were very happy. I would like to congratulate the hotel staff and HR for providing such a fabulous experience. Exceptional customer service, rarely seen nowadays in Taj hotels. They do the small little things right that make or break customer experience.

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The hotel is close to airport. Our flight was late night so they gave us late checkout without any question.

I have stayed several times at Ambassador Hotel! It is centrally located and the staff go above and beyond every time. The breakfast menu is the same everyday and gets monotonous! You need to provide some variety!

Short but sweet stay! Really enjoyed our time here. The room was small but beautifully designed, with a cute and thoughtful layout, especially the bathroom. Loved the food, both the evening buffet and the morning breakfast were excellent. The open play area with a court was a really cool idea.
