"Wonderful, caring, helpful staff. Felt very safe despite windows not having locks. Breakfast cooked to order and was tasty. Many, many restaurants in the San Antonio area only doorsteps away. Only negative was bathroom a little small. Overall excellent stay."

"Excellent service and attention. From the front desk with Carolina and Valentina, to Gustavo at the entrance, Judith in restaurant. Amazing staff, always cordial and prompt to help guests. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfy. The surrounding area is nice with lots of restaurants to walk to. We always come back to Hampton in Cali."
