This hotel was excellent value for the price. I was very impressed by the quality of everything associated with the hotel. The furniture in the room seemed brand new. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was 6 stars, because the shower actually had a shelf to put your own soap and shampoo on. In other hotels and apartments, there are no shelves in shower, so you have to put the your razor, etc. on the floor, which is a terrible idea. This bathroom also had hooks to hang your clothes while...

I had not been back to this lovely spot for almost a decade. The staff is wonderful, the restaurant is outstanding and there are a variety of rooms to fit families, couples or groups. If you are going to be in Zagreb for a few days, take the 30 minute drive and unwind with the vineyard all around you.

Hotel Gallus, Zagreb, is a "hidden gem!" This small hotel is conveniently located on a main road. There is plenty of parking for hotel guests. The rooms are decorated in a contemporary manner and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back here the next time I am in Zagreb.
