"Clean room, but was smaller room than expected. Location great. Gym smaller than expected. Location right next to the largest street market in HCMC. Great staff. Food was great! Would definitely stay again."

"One of the most amazing experiences I have had staying at this hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cater to all your needs and requests. A special mention to Viper who organised tickets for me to the famous water puppet show and took extra care in ensuring that I was ok and attended quickly to anything that I needed. The hotel and room are well maintained and clean, comfortable, well designed and practical and a beautiful rooftop overlooking Hanoi! Highly recommend...

"Breakfast had many choices. Aircon was nice and cold. All staff were super friendly and helpful. They were genuinely interested in our itinerary and how they could help. Staff was the highlight."

"Staff were excellent very helpful and friendly! Rooftop bar and pool were great places to have a drink and relax! Room was a good size and very clean! Great location right by the lake and close to shops in both old and french quarters, also very close to tour meeting points. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting!"

"We truly enjoyed our experience here. From the warm welcome at check-in to the cleanliness and comfort of the room, everything was impressive. The staff were polite, attentive, and made us feel very well taken care of. A lovely place to stay with great service and a relaxing atmosphere."

"Kudos to the staff. Their warm hospitality made a difference. They work hard to ensure the guests’ needs are met"

I ended up cancelling my stay there due to the discomfort for my family and my child. They we unnecessarily nosey about the whole ordeal. I gave them a brief answer. The staff went and asked my partner why i cancelled. Which only pissed me off further. I was so dissatissfied with the stay i didnt even care about getting a refund I just wanted out as...

"We enjoyed our stay at the resort. The breakfast varieties only for east Asia"

"It is okay hotel"

"Japan in Da Nang: no passport stamp required! 🌸 Walking into Mikazuki feels like you've been teleported straight to Japan. The property is absolutely stunning, and every corner is a photo opportunity. The reception staff were just wonderful, and so were the rest of the staff in the hotel. Warm, genuinely helpful, and always ready with great tips on what to see and do around Da Nang. It's also a dream for families. Between the in-house water park, TWO lazy rivers, an infinity pool and the...
