"This is a lovely hotel, very welcoming and the rooms were huge with fabulous views. Didn’t try the in house restaurants but there’s lots of nice places locally. It’s about 15 mins walk to the beach which is stunning."

Cleaning was odd. They removed one wet towel and added no new one to replace. They also neglected to put a plastic bag in the bathroom trash which was there when I arrived. Just little things, but after many stays in Japan, a little less than expected.

While our stay at this location was short, it was fantastic. They have put in quite a bit of work to make the hotel clean and well taken care of, they rent electric assist bicycles to get to town for groceries or exploring. My family loved the hot springs. Laundry onsite. Beautiful beach nearby, although not great for swimming or snorkeling it was very pretty, quiet, and private. Staff is incredibly helpful. They sell packages that include breakfast and dinner, but not lunch. The buffets are...

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Rinku Town over the last two years and OMO is definitely the winner by far when it comes to comfort and friendly staff. During my last visit, I noticed that Sayoko san at the front desk was going above and beyond to ensure that everyone’s check in process was smooth. Her attention to detail and excellent customer service truly stood out. I have become a regular and am no longer looking for alternatives when staying in Rinku Town.
