"Staff were really wonderful. I gave a lower rating because the bathroom toilet is really loud when you flush it, power outlet in our bathroom didn’t work, pool area was always messy. Towels and pool toys left all over and then it rained and one of the umbrellas tipped over. It seemed dangerous to have the umbrellas up when it’s windy because they’re heavy and could injure someone should they collapse when guests are nearby.
