"The property is really nice and kids love it , the food is really good the staff is really nice and helpful excellent. Just one went we stay on second day the hot water is out and they said is maintenance service. I hope in the future they can let us know if some maintenance. "Very comfortable stay and a nice resort hotel. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Facilities excellent with multiple pools. Overall a great hotel with Bali vibes. Only issue is the traffic locally is bad. It’s an hour to get to Bogor despite being only 10km’s away. "
