"During check in our suitcases were collected outside but they were left unattended (near the street)and it took until we were planning to take them to our rooms ourselves for staff to bring them inside. "I am happy with Arion Swiss Bell Hotel, but not happy with Expedia.co.id. I book 3 rooms with breakfast but expedia not mentioned in the hotel booking voucher. Luckily the hotel manager gave us breakfast in the room"
