"Our cabin was in need of some TLC. The pool and pool furniture were great. It all looked brand new. The game room as well, but smelled not so good. The fire pit area also had nice chairs and was a nice space. Inconvenient that they don’t provide firewood, even though there is a large space for the fire wood to go and a sign saying ‘firewood is only for quests’ and that it was under surveillance. We knew going in that we would need our own firewood though. Our cabin, #4 needs updates terribly...

"Very close to entrance, clean and nice rooms. Would liked instructions on using satellite tv/ remote. ( for kids) and they put chemicals in the pool before check out. So, kids couldn’t swim between 9 am and 11. I feel like they should do that between 11-4 after you check out, and before you can check in. I would have liked to use up some of their energy before we left. But otherwise, a great stay."

"Rm 7 at Alexander landing is great. It was clean with everything you need. It has great outdoor space and a hot tub. October is perfect because we had the pace to ourselves. The only negative was the manager/ cleaning lady. Hot tub was supposed to be open but she rudely told us it wouldn’t be open for another half hour. We were preapproved for a late check out and she rudely told us we couldn’t have a late checkout. Just needs some training on how to kindly apologize when things are not as they...

"I rented 2 Hotel rooms based off the pictures provided. I choose Hotels over Motels for more security for my mom (78). We were booked into a run down motel off the hotel property. This is a golfer’s delight, as when the rounds were over, the party was in the parking lot, on both sides of us. Grills, corn hole, music, fireworks and 20+ drunk men celebrating their weekend…very late into the night. Which is cool, if that’s what I had booked. This place is gross. "This was the worst experience I've ever had! I booked one address and was sent to a different one that was horrible! No backyard and no dock outside! There was also a door upstairs that should have been blocked off considering it was a straight drop. I was not greeted with any respect and I will not return, I suggest others find a better place that's safe."
