"The property was well kept and that was impressive; however, the outlet in Room 204 near the closet did not work. The waste basket was left full for the two days we were in the room. The maid service came to our room and said she did not speak English but would return with her cell phone to translate. The maid service did not return with her cell phone to translate. "Showed up and the pool was not open yet and the first floor was boarded up from a gun shooting that happed 4hr ago. Check-in took forever with only one computer. Was trying to cancel and only the manager could override the system and they were not in after a shooting just happened and an innocent bystander was in critical condition."

"This is a no frills hotel so don’t expect much. There were no blankets on my bed. I had to ask for them and they said it was under the top sheet. They weren’t. So I had to go back to my room and down again with a picture of the bed to show them. The hair dryer on off button was broken but worked anyway when you plugged it in. They would not print me a receipt and said I had to go through Expedia. Someone was smoking near by and I did not sleep well. I will not stay here again."

"The man at the front desk was of no help and refused my stay because he wouldn’t accept my military ID card, as my drivers license was lost during my travels. He also would not accept a picture of my license. This upset me a lot but more so than anything, his rude and demeaning attitude and unwillingness to have a calm and professional conversation is what left me floored."

"Wonderful front desk staff. We couldn't arrive until way past check in but Mr. Ravene stayed and waited for us which was a Godsend. Room was clean and comfortable. Especially love the location right next to a little breakfast spot that you could walk to within 2 minutes but their continental breakfast was also good. Will definitely stay again!"

"Staff were very friendly and tried their best to help customers. The property is in much need of updating. They can start by cleaning the carpets in the halls and rooms. Power went off on my check out day, that's wnen I learned they don't have a back up generator for power outages. Never have I experienced a property of that size not having a generator. Well...maybe they did, just in need of repairs like the rest of the place. Will stay elsewhere on future trips."
