"Amazing hotel! The staff on reception were very helpful at check in, the room was immaculate and the view of Fuji, well that’s something else!! Highly recommend spending the extra on a mountain view room. Amazing onsen and breakfast buffet was lovely. Would 10/10 recommend a stay here."

"We had a great stay! The rooms had a beautiful traditional Japanese vibe, and we got to see Mount Fuji so clearly. It was such a nice experience and made our trip even more special. Would definitely recommend!"

"Clean and tidy room. Staff always showing sweet smiles and willing to help."

"The kaiseki dinner in the private dining room was excellent and the hostess was a very kind. The breakfast was excellent too. But the hotel caters to large groups and children. This hotel lacks a bar lounge. The restaurant area is only open for breakfast and scheduled dinner. No bar. The amenities were...

"The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, the view was exactly what I wanted from my room, the communal spaces were very comfortable and clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and understood English, the baths were hot like I wanted and super super clean, and the nearby food was so good! I would love to go back!!!"
