"Cute place just 5 minutes drive to Lake Kawaguchiko. We were able to see Mt Fuji from our unit. Wished we had 1 more extra day."

"Very nice property with a view of Mount Fuji. The room smelt slightly muggy upon arrival, which can be expected due to how close to the lake it is. Quickly fixed by turning the air on. Wonderful accommodations. Water and fridge provided in the room, bathroom has great water pressure, and the tatami mat seating area was pleasant to relax in and view the mountain. The staff were very helpful and greeted us every time we came and went. You can rent bikes directly from the hotel which was very convenient for exploring the area. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the Kawaguchiko Station and near lots of good food. Next time we visit we will definitely stay here again."

"The location is beautiful. Our room had a private thermal bath. Spacious and clean. Restaurant was very good for both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely come again"

"This is a beautiful historic hotel and I recommend staying here. My only complaint would be the Spa. The treatment itself was lovely and relaxing but the spa itself lacked style, coziness and the treatment room itself was sterile."
