"The onsets were not as good as other hotels we visited, definitely need some updating and maintenance. Very traditional. The dinner was a great experience. But the breakfast should have had more variety. No coffee. It felt more like a production line than a personal experience. The staff were very polite, though"

"The view at this hotel of Mt Fuji is amazing! It has a shuttle which takes you to the station and from there you can go wherever you want. The hotel is new or looks like new, we enjoy so much the night at the Regina, for sure will recommend it to my family and friends. If I ever return for sure will book it again!"

"The hotel has an amazing location. On a clear day, Mount Fuji can be seen directly from the hotel which has a wonderful observation room. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. The onsen is also a lovely treat at the end of the day- and spotlessly clean. We love staying here. There is a shuttle service provided to/from the station as the hotel is a little out of town."
