The room was spacious and clean with a great bed. The staff was pleasant and attentive, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

10/10 one of the best stays i’ve ever had at a hotel. I did not want to go home for maybe the first time ever. food was great service was great rooms were so comfortable and well appointed. IM OBSESSED. currently averaging about 10 nights a month in hotels for work and this is easily the most comfortable place i’ve been in over a year.

Arrive late from Cuba took a taxi from ADO station given time and traveling alone. As soon a the taxi pulled up a hostess walked out to greet me. Walked down a dim lit pebble walk way to the front desk/lobby hang out area. Instantly felt like back in a cozy loft. Hacienda Santa Rosa will forever live in my memory as one of the most magical places I've stayed. Despite being managed by a hotel chain, it hasn't lost its patina and authenticity. The hotel overcame my expectations. It's a beautiful, calm oasis, and the pools were lovely, clean and cold. The staff (especially Señor Atocha) go the extra mile and the food is delicious. I felt well taken care of as a solo traveler. I would certainly come back next time I'm in Valladolid.

This hotel was very accommodating to our needs. There is a good little restaurant on site for breakfast. Along with a pool and cool garden area. It was very quiet, even though our room was on the street. The center of town was just a few blocks away. Lots of restaurants and shops. The staff was available and helpful. Nice stay!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights on the top floor and loved it! The view of the sunsets from our balcony were phenomenal, breakfasts were phenomenal, the room in general was phenomenal.
