"Overall a lovely property with nice service people. The front desk and the ease of information could certainly be improved. The game drive was slated for 10 people max, and we were brought to the truck already full and asked to pile in. 14 people in the truck, this was my least favorite activity as although we saw some animals you can see much more in other places. I was charged by Expedia for an extra person. The activities needed to be paid separately ($25 per adult and half for children)....

"A boutique and very personal (only 3 year old) hotel a little outside the main Victoria Falls town. Offers regular free shuttle into town and down to Vic Falls Entrance. Outside the designated times, you have to book taxis but the hotel have an account with reliable supplier. We had the larger signature room which was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. Staff are very helpful. Cooked breakfasts are good. Only slight criticism is that dinner can be quite slow and it’s best to go for the fresh cooked grills."

"The room was clean and everything worked well. The place is small and I never saw anyone in the bar. (Not an issue for us). Rooms are pretty small as well. Breakfast was cereal, fruit and eggs cooked to your liking as well as sausage, bacon and beans. -So, a nice breakfast. Extra person in the room was very tight and cost $70/night. So, that was a little expensive. It's a small town, so everything is close. But fairly far for walking. Use InDrive as a ride hailing app and anywhere you want to go will end up costing you $3 each way."

"had a wonderful stay at Waterfalls Lodge and genuinely enjoyed my experience from start to finish. The hotel has a great atmosphere, the service was excellent, and the overall experience was one I would happily recommend to others. A very special shout-out to Marzi, who was absolutely exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after. Her attitude and level of service really stood out to me. Honestly, Marzi is the best of the best ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ She is a real asset to Waterfalls Lodge and deserves to be recognised and appreciated for the excellent service. Thank you, Waterfalls Lodge, for a great stay and thank you Marzi."

"The only reason I cannot give this a 10 out of five dollar review is because the Plumbing bedroom needed new fixtures and hot water was very limited. This could be an isolated incident because otherwise the place was magical. Breakfast is good, check-in was easy, everyone was nice. It was super clean in the grounds well-maintained. Location was 10 out of 10. Bar staff excellent."

"A large hotel with great views looking across to the spray from the Falls and river. Food was good and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking around the golf course and property where we could watch monkeys, baboons, mongoose, impala, crocodile and birds. The property is looking a little tired in places and a few things missing, like bathrobes and tissues, which we did expect at the price."
