"Waited 35 min to check in, bathrooms downstairs were flooded and I really had to go, my bed had slope to the right side. Room was clean and quiet but room service starts making noise at 8am."

We celebrated our 15th anniversary and when we asked for a late checkout, they offered us an extra hour! One small area for improvement, the restaurant was understaffed the first night with only one woman serving and she kind of took it out on us guests. But everything thing else was amazing. The ski valet was so convenient. Shout out to Rodney who was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great. "

"You can't get any closer to the slopes and the gondola for village access. The fully equipped kitchen enabled us to cook most nights and be up early to hit the slopes just across the road. We keep coming back because it can't be beat."
