"We very much enjoyed the upstairs pool, i believe there is a fee for the pool & jacuzzi on lower ground. Restaurant was lovely, polite and helpful staff. Our AC wasnt working properly, even when the gentleman came and fixed it, it wasnt really cool, but not an issue as was quite cool for june. If i were to share some constructive criticism, it would be a lovely touch to have a mini fridge in the deluxe & superior rooms! " My daughter and I had a wonderful 2 days at the NICI. Our bedroom was beautiful , with soft and comfortable linen, the shower was scary , it was slippy and felt like I was drowning . The hand held shower took a life on its own, and reared up and wet me and the bathroom .the shower gels were empty.
