"Poor! Where to start… Leisure facilities dirty, lack quality and need reinvestment. Restaurant poor quality, my double chicken burger and my son’s chicken burger were burnt and black, they took an order of drinks and forgotten to service, quality of food and quality of cooking was absolutely poor. Two people complained and asked for refunds whilst we were there it was that bad. Room lacked quality! One pillow each, beds uncomfortable and amenities poor Sleeping quality was terrible- noisy people running up and down halls and shouting, not best when trying to have a early night to get some rest Generally very poor and when approaching reception about issues never acknowledged "
