Find Hotel with a Concierge in Diani Beach

We had a fantastic time at Waterlovers. From the excellent communication during the booking process to the stay itself, everyone was warm and accommodating. The resort is fairly small and had mostly couples or families with teenaged kiddos. An added benefit is that you ultimately get to know both the staff and the guests. It felt like an extended family reunion by the end. A huge shout out to Frank, Amina, Peter and the rest of the staff for making our stay comfortable and for teaching us...

Had a good stay, friendly staff, addressed any issue that I had, would highly recommend

Was lovely and friendly hotel

All the staff were professional, polite and very graceful. The front desk ,the bar service and the dining staff both for breakfast and dinner were friendly and very personable. I appreciated that they moved us to a suite (to accommodate one more person ) and upon welcoming me us there was a sign at the main entrance with my family’s name and our USA flag welcoming us. That was quite surprising and a great touch. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Best PEREZ/ USA

Very nice and clean. Only issue was the wifi

Really, really lovely space. Although the Wi-Fi isn’t as strong in the rooms, it keeps dropping. But apart from that, everything is 5-star.

This resort is absolutely gorgeous. Great meal packages and activities nearby. The staff are so kind and patient.

A little patch of paradise on the Kenyan coast. Beautiful rooms and grounds, excellent staff and service. can easily arrange access to all attractions near and far.

This resort is tucked away in Diani and the perfect place for a peaceful vacation. It is clean and quiet and the staff was amazing. Enjoyed the nightly shows and how small it was making it a very intimate setting. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from commotion and relax

Spent 3 nights, all inclusive. Food was good, drinks were great, pool was warm and clean. The room was clean and had a great view. If I ever go back to Diani I will definitely stay there again.

The staff was amazingly friendly and courteous. The food was delicious! The entertainment top tier. The resort gives you all the reasons to stay forever! I really enjoyed my stay

Serene, quiet, lovely beach view. The staff is super helpful and friendly, room was clean and the air conditioning was great. The breakfast buffet is amazing and the food so flavorful and fresh. The seafood platter is a must try. I enjoyed my short stay.

Our recent stay here was beyond what we expected! Every single member of the staff as outstanding from the manager Anthony who assisted our needs. Frederick in reception that helped us book our train/flights. Fredrick and Mary at the cash bar who make the most incredible pina coladas. Sarah and her daily massages. Henry, Raphael, Albert and Victor. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and we enjoyed the monkey, baboon visitors each day. The atmosphere here is calm, clean and relaxing....

I had a wonderful time which was made by mostly the entertainment at night dancer by name Elizabeth was extremely entertaining the dj was also very good, the bar man at the pool was very friendly but the buffet need to improve on talking to the guest when serving them food .rather than that is the best hotel ever, I would recommend it and I will definitely come back

Workers are lovely
