"This place is just the best!!!! Amazing to think it was a schoolhouse at one point. The beds were so comfortable! Close to things but still very quiet and private. And we loved having an equal number of bathrooms to bedrooms ratio. That is very difficult to find at properties. "

"We had a great time in Dubuque for my nephew’s graduation. The house was in a great neighborhood, which means a lot when you have little ones. We loved that there was a park within walking distance!
