"My room was still being cleaned when I checked in at 3:30 Aspects of the room are in need of repair including bathroom fixtures, the shower did not work properly and was covered in rust and the floor covering was coming apart My shower seemed to activate the fire alarm despite keeping the door closed. The fire alarm was deactivated while I was preparing to evacuate and then a member of staff came to the door and just started shouting “open the window” without any other communication In the main room the floor had a series of brown stains on the floor I did however appreciate the incision of a fridge, microwave and kettle in the room. The room was cheap, but I would certainly never come back."

"Stay was absolutely shocking. Raves in rooms next door till 2.30, then arguing till 4.30 and staff wouldn't remove them. Room was dirty, poorly lit and boasts about "bedside plugs" which won't exist. Was told my daughter could go swimming. But upon entry was declined as they required me to go in, although I couldn't for medical treatment. "

"Much better than expected. Great bar and restaurant downstairs (didn’t go in), real holiday vibe. We were going out in Didsbury and Whalley range for the night so was very close to there and a short Uber away. We were on the 8th floor so very quiet (which we appreciated), parking spaces a bit small but hey ho!"

"When I reached at Hotel they said your booking was canceled by Hotel because we have not authorized Ebookers or OYO to book our hotel from their platforms . I said I haven’t received any cancellation, they replied it’s none of our business and contact with ebookers for refund. Shame on you both . It was unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour "
