My son won an award at his football presentation and the staff at the hotel upgraded us to a bigger room and gave him a free drink and a snack. The barman also gave me a free drink too. However, there is a little complaint which refers to smoking area, although this goes for almost every hotel, airport, public space in the UK. Smoking area should be a covered space with a few seats or a table as well. In this hotel there was a space outside the restaurant with a few tables that could be used by smokers although not covered. I think it's easy to find a way to serve smokers as well and treat them like human beings that we are."
