Weekend getaway

Girls weekend in the mountains, easy access to local activities. Mornings and evenings on the patio was our favorite relaxation. Fireplace took the edge off chilly evenings for cozy movie watching.

Great Condo in a great spot

Used it as a home base for a fall trip. Spent some evenings on the back porch watching the sunset. It was great for our trip. We didn't’ bring kids but if we did the extra bedroom with multiple beds would have been perfect for our family of five.

Updated baths and kitchen (well-equipped). Interesting art work. One minor repair that was attended to within two hours. Hot tub in condo complex was not available. Covered parking and an elevator - very few condo complexes in Dillon have these features. First floor unit but used elevator from garage to 1st floor.

Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean & equipped with everything we needed. The bedroom windows had blackout shades that helped my children sleep in on vacation. The location of the condo is perfect, with great views, a close proximity to the park & the marina.

Great location

Comfortable landing spot after long summer hikes with great kitchen, comfy couch and of course good “WiFi” which I needed to stay in touch with work for unexpected issues. Lots of really nice local restaurants, breweries, shopping and easy hiking paths with close access to I-70 and everywhere it leads.

Great location. Excellent service. Well equipped and very comfortable. Only ‘snag’ we encounterd was that I had hoped to soak in a hot up (one of the amenities in the listing) and while there was a hot tub, the key we had did not work to give us access. There is a keypad where a code needs to be entered for guests & residents to access one of the two hot tubs on the property. The other was just plain out of commission. Beyond that disappointment, the place was beautiful and welcoming and the customer service was responsive and helpful.

Great Place to Stay for Skiing

Stayed over Christmas holiday. Very convenient to Breck and Keystone. Easy to get in and out. Parking close to room. Hot tub at our building was out of order, but could go to Hot tub at the next building. Heated floors were nice. The Vacasa Fees on top of the VRBO fees are still way too high. I try to avoid Vacasa for that reason, but this place was exactly what we were looking for.

Amazing Stay

We needed a room for 1 night to take another couple up to see that mountains who are from California. They condo was amazing and great view to sit out on the patio and look at the water. It had all the plates, cups, pots, etc... that you would need. It is right in the middle of Keystone, Breckenridge and Silverthorne which was great to show them around. Will definitely add this to my favorite list to stay again. There are also amazing restaurants within walking distance or 5 minute drive.

This was the perfect condo for our family of four. Loved the private parking and elevator to help with all the bags. The view on the balcony was terrific. The location was close to everything. It couldn't have been better and I couldn't recommend it more!!!!
