"Overall, it was a good experience. The bed was comfortable, the A/C ran consistently without issue, and the room was very clean. My wife and I utilized their laundry service, which wasn’t as quick as we would’ve liked. We gave them our dirty laundry at around 9pm the night we arrived, and received it back at around 5pm the next day, despite the laundry instruction sheet stating that it would be returned to us by noon the next day. Private snorkeling beach on the back of the island. 2 morning tours and 1 afternoon tour that will take you to most of the good stops of tours a, b, and c for free. "Very close to everything you need for an El Nido visit. Direct beach access is great. The two unfortunate issues were renovating, sanding and vanishing during the day made an afternoon nap difficult. The balcony door hard to open and close. Apart for that, the place is good value for money with friendly and helpful staff."
